I. Product Overview

BYSB series light AC and DC high voltage test transformer is in similar products YDJ ( G ) high-voltage test transformer, based on the test transformer according to national standardsZBK41006 - 89 requirements, the improved production of a new product, the product has a small , light weight, compact, full-featured, easy to use and so on. Practical in electricity, mining, research and other departments, a variety of high-voltage electrical equipment, electrical components, insulation material frequency voltage withstand test and DC leakage test, high voltage test is an essential instrument.

Second, the product structure

BYSB series light high voltage test transformer core is a single frame type. Coil using multi-tower structure with the core cylinder, the primary low voltage winding wound on the core, the secondary winding of high voltage winding is wound on the outside of the coaxial arrangement reduces the coupling loss between the windings. High voltage silicon stack with a special technology package in the casing, the product's enclosure is made ​​better with the intercooler core with octagonal structure, the overall looks nice. Their internal and external structure shown in Figure 1 .

Third, the principle

In the test transformer:

a , x for the low voltage input terminal;

Fourth, the use of methods and precautions

Frequency voltage withstand test procedure Precautions

    1 , test personnel should be prepared to the division of responsibilities , set up a safe distance from the test site , carefully inspect and test products were tested good grounding of the transformer , and a safe and secure custody status of observing the test work.

    2 , the main part of the test product should be cleaned, kept absolutely dry to avoid damage caused by the test product and test numerical errors.

    3 , for large equipment tests shall be carried out generally empty l test test transformer, which is not connected to the test when the test voltage boost to proofread better instrument indication accuracy, adjust gap discharge ball ball pitch.

    4 , when the boost pressure test speeds do not be too fast, and to prevent sudden pressure, for example, the regulator is not zero the sudden closing, nor a sudden power failure, should generally be reduced to zero at midnight regulator gates .

    5 , the boost pressure test or process, such as found in the following irregularities, a voltage meter pointer swing big, two  products were tested making an unusual sound, three  found a charred insulation or smoke, should immediately buck, cut off the power, stop the test and find out why.

    6 , the use of this product do high voltage test, in addition to familiar with this specification, it must also strictly enforce the relevant national standards and procedures.

DC leakage test procedure Precautions

    ( 2 ) products were tested before doing the experiment, all external connections shall be removed and fully discharge the main parts should be cleaned, kept absolutely dry to avoid damage caused by the test product and test numerical errors.

    ( 3 ) For bulk sample (capacitors, long cables, etc.) shall be tested slow step, and prevent the charging current of the sample is too large to burn microampere meter, respectively, when necessary, graded compression of the voltage reading the microammeter stable reading.

    ( 4 ) During the test, the test should be closely monitored, microampere meter and test equipment, etc., in the event of flash buck breakdown phenomenon should be immediately cut off the power, and to identify the cause.

6, the main choice of test equipment

1 , test transformer

2 , pressure control equipment

3 , the current limiting resistor

    The role of the current limiting resistor, when the test product breakdown, current limiting circuit, thereby protecting test transformer, prevent the failure to expand. Its value to the highest test voltage shall prevail, according to 0.5 ~ 1  omega  / V (rms) selection, the current limiting resistor can be water resistance. Note that water can not be filled with glass, should leave room to prevent bursting.

4 , the discharge ball gap
